Most orders are processed and ready for shipping to you with 3 to 5 days. If we have it ready in stock, it will be even quicker however we allow time for quality checks and making sure you are getting your order exactly the way we would want to be getting it. Some of our custom coloured rope may take a little longer especially if you have requested a colour we have made up especially for you. Orders will normally be sent by our standard delivery method using Australia Post, please allow at least a couple of business days for this to happen. International deliveries will typically take at least 6+ business days for standard delivery and 2-4 business days for express delivery depending on your delivery location.
International deliveries are based on the total weight of the order. We have as much as possible kept this to a minimum by not using unnecessary packing material except for what needs to be used to protect your order from damage where necessary and keep the order in the smallest usable packaging.
Needing it fast and standard delivery is a bit slow for you? We offer an express delivery option using Express Post (please note this is not available in all areas – please consult Australia Post to find out if your delivery postcode is covered). This does come at an extra cost however its well worth it for those last minute orders. Express delivery is also available to be chosen instead of free delivery if your order qualifies (see below).
We do not believe in making profit on delivery costs and in fact in most cases we absorb some or all of the delivery cost.
If you order over $75, you can have your order delivered for FREE within Australia using our standard delivery method! How good is that?
Unfortunately, due to higher cost of international standard delivery, we cannot provide free delivery to international customers at this time.
If your order has not arrived within a few business days (public holidays, acts of God and issues outside our control excluded), please contact us and we will do what we can to track it down. Due to COVID-19, delivery time frames may take longer to some locations especially for international orders.
Please note that we cannot send your order until we have 100% confirmation of payment. We will attempt to process your order so that it is ready to go once we have confirmed payment to minimise delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of material used in our products, for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products which have been used, worn or otherwise damaged after receipt except where the product is incorrect, faulty or damaged during delivery. If the product supplied is not as per your order or has been damaged or proven to be faulty (not from general wear and tear or incorrect use), we will happily exchange or refund the product(s) after they have been returned to us. Please contact us within 48 hours if you need to do this and we will make arrangements as soon as possible.
For products incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery being made to advise us so that we can arrange for the order to be corrected or if you should wish to receive a refund, please return the product(s) unused and without damage including where possible the original packaging (we will give you a return address and pay for the postage through Australia Post). Upon receipt of the returned unused products, we will issue a refund via the payment method used at the time of ordering or via bank transfer if it is not possible to do a refund in any other manner.
